In the UK, people on benefits live in Council Estates. I am from the North of England, where council estates are a common thing to see. The issue I have is that many people in the council estates are on benefits and yet buy XBOX ones for Christmas, or new TVs, etc, and don't work.

It's important to have benefits to assist people in getting on their feet, but at the point in which people literally live off benefits, and don't care to get jobs, that has to be the line.
