@Rhenic when was that mentioned?

2018-06-03 03:07:36 UTC

“Maybe limit them to only straight married couples”

2018-06-03 03:07:41 UTC

- Sarge

2018-06-03 03:08:02 UTC

But anyways, on contraceptives, we do need to curb promiscuous sex as much as possible, and in my opinion, immediately take hard action.

2018-06-03 03:09:04 UTC

TEchnically only straight people can have them (only straight couple produce children)

2018-06-03 03:09:59 UTC

Define hard action, for us flanon?

2018-06-03 03:10:00 UTC

next question please

2018-06-03 03:10:16 UTC

I think that defines itself

2018-06-03 03:10:22 UTC

It doesn't. Tell us.

2018-06-03 03:10:32 UTC

A prohibition.

2018-06-03 03:10:44 UTC

An outright prohibition? How can you guarantee,

2018-06-03 03:11:01 UTC

with the current mindset on sex among out population, that it won't just allow the Black market to make a killing off of contraceptives?

2018-06-03 03:11:03 UTC

When has there been an outright prohibition of premarital sex at any stage of history

2018-06-03 03:11:10 UTC

removing supply through law without removing demand is a recipe for disaster and black market

2018-06-03 03:11:16 UTC

Exactly.

2018-06-03 03:11:36 UTC

So tell us, what do you have planned to stop them from obtaining large amounts of cash off of it like the black market did when they prohibited alcohol?

2018-06-03 03:11:39 UTC

Demand will be curbed once consequence for their actions is introduced

2018-06-03 03:11:44 UTC

Libertarians need to vote conservative

2018-06-03 03:11:53 UTC

>prohibition
>war on drugs

2018-06-03 03:11:54 UTC

There was consequences for their actions during the prohibition too but that didn't stop them.

2018-06-03 03:12:12 UTC

Hell it ran rampant anyways. So tell us in detail like Sarge has what you have planned for when that time comes?

2018-06-03 03:12:37 UTC

Alcohol consumption was curbed by more than half by the prohibition, it had an effect

2018-06-03 03:12:40 UTC

laws that cannot be enforced are the worst type of government overreach

2018-06-03 03:12:42 UTC

Proof?

2018-06-03 03:12:57 UTC

>Proof

2018-06-03 03:13:00 UTC

what is history

2018-06-03 03:13:07 UTC

Plus you can't exactly manufacture contraceptives as easily as alcohol

2018-06-03 03:13:20 UTC

I can justify this, give me a second

2018-06-03 03:13:29 UTC

@ThatRightWingFish History does not provide statistical evidence.

2018-06-03 03:13:33 UTC

they could just stick it in the other hole

2018-06-03 03:13:44 UTC

You can learn about something in class but they don't always cover the statistics, friend.

2018-06-03 03:14:10 UTC

Black on Black crime they do

2018-06-03 03:14:10 UTC

the prohibition was such a failure that they had to repeal a constitutional amendment

2018-06-03 03:16:02 UTC

how are you going to get the statistics on alcohol consumption if it's illegal and you only know the consumption of the people you've caught

2018-06-03 03:16:26 UTC

Mhm. For all we know during the prohibition, it was consumed mostly in secret.

2018-06-03 03:16:37 UTC

No, I take that back, it was.

2018-06-03 03:16:59 UTC

regardless of the drop in consumption, prohibition created worse problems with black market booze and organized crime for law enforcement

2018-06-03 03:17:48 UTC

Trying to record alcohol consumption per capita during a time when it was illegal is like trying to calculate how many firearms there is in the United States that are owned by civilians. It would take more than a simple, baseless statistic to prove it.

2018-06-03 03:17:53 UTC

>Estimate.

2018-06-03 03:18:26 UTC

Mhm,
