Trying to record alcohol consumption per capita during a time when it was illegal is like trying to calculate how many firearms there is in the United States that are owned by civilians. It would take more than a simple, baseless statistic to prove it.

Another thing to note on the failure of the original prohibition was smuggling through the border, which we will have a strong check on.
My point stands. It seems credible, but it's difficult to calculate whether or not it did or did not given it was illegal.

The minority ethnicities, at the current levels at least in the American regions, have become wholly unmanageable. They have become an existential problem, with a discordant identity. We would take steps to make sure the GSA retains a white supermajority, and deport them if they commit a felony.
