I don't know, from the looks of it the situation in California is only becoming worse.
Only hard federal government action on non-English speakers could really make that much of a monumental difference.
Revocation of jus soli would help California more than anywhere else.
I do see a lot of resistance to the gas tax hike, but as it stands, I don't believe it would be enough.

California needs to have federal agents deporting all of the illegals, and also a lot of technical citizens that only got their status to jus soli.
It can happen, but I don't think there's much California can do as a state alone to help themselves out.
Eventually I wonder if the Latinos will rebel against the Democrats. The working class and middle class ones are getting hurt pretty badly by the Dem policies in the state. Just as badly as Whites

I mean look at all the inland California Latinos who are paying almost twice as much for electricity because of rich Democrats on the coast
Welfare for illegal aliens has given the dems a lot of headway with them.
I think mass deportations, something like a repeat of operation wetback would be the best way to put California on the right track.

The federal government is what's needed to bring back california.
The issue is the legal hispanics have illegal family members.
Even one of the biggest candidates for senate, De Leon, has said he has a lot of family members who are illegal aliens.
They want more of their own kind in the state, remember that.
That is what I mean. Eventually when Illegal Immigration isn’t an issue many many more will vote republican. We don’t have to win the majority of them. We just need to win a little bit more then what we have without losing White Support and we would have it made

We definitely have to do something about the population over there as soon as possible.
We have to put a lot of people eligible for deportation, and then follow through.
