He's actually running for House using the website of Brand New Congress, a Justice Democrats affiliated website.

Without a Blue Dog contesting the Democratic primary we need a huge turnout effort to stop the Democrats from ousting a Republican Representative, though--so it essentially wastes tons of our resources.
