I was looking at the California map from last night and saw all on that inner part was red. I knew the cities controlled the vote but I didn’t know they effected it that much. I really hope New California becomes a reality.

It didn't technically lose, the District Court struck it down and the Democratic Governor of CA said he wasn't going to appeal it
Cause SCOTUS would've ruled it was constitutional
