That was our strategy before, we sort of left it dry though and I didn't think we'd try it again after Omnibus

House -> Senate -> Presidency

or

State Legislature -> Governor -> Presidency

It should depend on the state.

Maybe we let the house hang dry and hope impeachment proceedings backfire like in the '90s and focus all of our resources to the senate
