but when Trump acts offensive just for the hell of it, it's counter-productive.
Someone please tell me what good it does when Trump tweets stuff that either makes College White Women roll their eyes or makes his Non-College White Male base feel betrayed? Trump should reserve his twitter use for sharing news that the MSM wouldn't touch, promoting policy and endorsing good Republicans
but it's not "acting offensive just for the hell of it"
attacking figures like Jay-Z and Mika is productive because it makes them realize that they can't just talk shit and not get hit back
now, I do agree that Trump needs to do it with policies as well (and he has), but you're still being full of shit
and it's clear you love whining for its own sake
What?!
But nobody even watches Morning Joe
And nobody actually cares what JayZ thinks about politics
When Trump goes after them, it makes him look sensitive
If Trump is going to go after someone, it should be because they actually put out fake news about him, or because of criticism of his policy that he could refute
“You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks.” - Winston Churchill
"And nobody actually cares what JayZ thinks about politics"
I know you're trying to LARP as a 36 year old out of touch white man with kids, girly, but
no
"makes his Non-College White Male base feel betrayed?"
it's mostly whiners like you who grasp at straws
Only Black thugs in the inner cities who would vote Democrat anyway listen to JayZ
Your letting your love for daddy Trump clout your judgement, RS
Trump campaigned on putting America first and making our country great again
So when Trump tweets silly shit like making the UN great again, or sending jobs back to China, or obsessing over Israel,
in the eyes of many disenfranchised Whites in the Rust Belt, it looks like he has gone off-kilter and abandoned them.
it's more like you're letting your compulsion to whine cloud your judgment
I'll say this, he has to make a stand for his base, these moves aren't necessary
I recognize that he needs to work for his base
at the same time, he deals with people who....aren't his base
You can be professional and still not contradict what you've fought for, he has to make some sort of stand
Did Button just quote Winston Churchill?
But he was a neocon!
Button is shareblue confirmed
Trump is never going to win over Blacks or Hispanics or Women. It's about White people, it's all it's ever been about and that will never change
and here's why I have "love" for "daddy Trump" - he's the only one we got. Face it. Even if you magicked Ann Coulter into office, she'd have to be surrounded by people who want to undermine her too. The Deep State isn't to be fucked with
(keep in mind that your derisive attitude for Trump fans is what makes people dislike you...I wouldn't be surprised if your "church" mates hate you because you're such a sulky little bitch, not because you convinced them to vote for Trump instead of Cruz when Cruz would have lost anyway)
I think this sort of indecision hurts him more than consistently being similar to campaign Trump.
I guess we have to deal with it as it comes though, he's the best we've got atm
Yeah he'll never win over minority votes, and we should focus on white votes.
but he can't say that.
he can't even hint that.
Even though that is the goal.
If Trump mentions that is the goal, it plays to the advantages of the democratic media.
@FLanon If Trump is going to be a neocon, he should at least be honest about it
He should question why the left constantly talks about hating white people
The inconsistency and the red meat is so irritating
"What did they ever do to them!"
He should be a consistent person if he wants to do his best, if he constantly moves from position to position, nothing real will get done in the presidency
@FLanon my main problem with Trump is that while he has a pretty good intuition, he's still someone born in 1946 who had a pretty privileged upbringing
which means he isn't as in-touch as he should be
2016 was a race between someone born in 1946 (Trump) and 1947 (Hillary)
