dictatorship and autocracy are close to the same thing, but not quite

not all monarchies are autocracies

there are monarchies with limited power

there are monarchies with basically no power - look at the UK and the Netherlands and Spain

there are dictatorships that aren't monarchies

Mussolini wasn't a monarch. Italy had a King and Mussolini at the same time

Franco wasn't a monarch

Hitler wasn't a monarch

Stalin wasn't a monarch

Birth control is yet another avenue to avoid the consequences of sexual contact with premarital couples

Contraception in general is a bad thing, and has allowed for the sexualization of nations as the consequences for sexual contact (STI, pregnancy) have become easy to avoid, leading to more sexual contact outside of marriage.
