Contraception in general is a bad thing, and has allowed for the sexualization of nations as the consequences for sexual contact (STI, pregnancy) have become easy to avoid, leading to more sexual contact outside of marriage.

And at the moment what I need to do is lift weights which I don’t have a wide selection to at home as I don’t have a bench and my only weights are dumbells
