im glad mechanics is no longer my occupation
Not about to be mine either
My day job specializes in LS shit as well as Euros, and the car lot I do my night job at does mainly Euros
I'm hoping to get out as soon as the world opens back up
working on my masters an engine building & tranny rebuilds are still a better occupation
fucking rip me
Rip me dude
no
rip me
RIP to the lungs and forearms but masonry is a under appreciated trade
A mechanics group? Neat!
Feel like we should argue about something.
Ford sucks
Fuck you chevy sucks.
You know whats absolute dog shit? Maxxforce.
who needs arguing when you can weld a makeshift machinegun to the back of a UTV
I r weldurrrrr
😄
First we gotta make sure we don’t lose our 10mms 😂
Oilfield guys are killing the planet.
I was taught stick and mig welding a long time ago. Probably couldn't do it right now but I could pick it up again pretty quickly
Stick was easy but I didn’t do much mig
I'm a better dringer than welder
*grinder
Learned how to weld on stick, then transitioned to mig and flux, finished with stick and oxy/plasma cutting. Although I didn't care for cutting
I struggle with mig lol, stick is what I learned on. Keep trying to feed the mig gun into my welds.
Tig was a finisher for me as well, and it what I prefer. Stick being 2nd
Whoa there's a mechanic channel
Pretty sweet
Im in the middle of my trade, well I was doing my hands on learning at my local dealership before this happened, in the Toyota T-TEN program so yeah
Im new to this but I love it
Been working on trucks for about 5 years, hate my job. I despise truck drivers also.
I used to be a broker. Drivers these days are absolute whiney shit heads
There's still good ones, but the bad ones... Whoo boy
Seriously, guy didn't wanna drive the truck he was assigned. Popped the clutch in 1st with the parking break set. 3 ujoints, 2 yokes, snapped input. Dude still has a job.
I had a guy break the seal on a frozen load in South Cali, end up late for a multi stop load, shifted the load himself and the reefer broke down. Oh yeah, and all this happened while he turned his phone off and refused to contact me. After he got to the yard in CO, the company fired him and he ran up to WY. The truck then sat for 3 days in a random lot in the middle of denver
Holy shit that's a lot of damage
Needless to say that was a claim
oh - all i do is burnouts in traffic
i feel fairly good now
He spoke like 4 words of English if that says anything
