2nd intercostal space, mid clavicular line.
I’m a little drunk right now but I believe we once again decided to leave the needle in.

I'm just going off of memory
4th and 5th IC space, mid-axillary line.
It kept changing back and forth. I always say leave the needle in. Better safe than sorry.

Situation dictates
Unless you’re doing sketchy evacuation shit
Typed a whole ass novel for us and the bot got his ass
oof
Well you see it in the logs
Oughta screen cap and repost it here
Obviously black out the word if needed
Oof
There you go.
The treating part is legally...well, I don’t think any of us are qualified to give that legal advice
You make a fair point.
Not even myself. Constantly reminded once we walked off post, we were just emt-b’s. Barely able to help a patient take their own nitroglycerin.
damn
It’s a strange world in combat medicine.
Do not circumvent the rules with screenshots man. Just say it without it.
I mean. Going out and treating people? No. Someone gets into a car crash or shootout in front of you and you provide first aid? Fine
Instead of the b**g word use combat
I guess it’s more along the lines of doing as much as you can and then bail if I understand correctly. Hinges on the chance that, despite being a member, they’ll still get medical help after.
Not sure what rule I broke tbh or I would. I joined this discord right at its start before rules yesterday .
Oh that’s the word. Okay.
Yeah man, were trying to avoid hot words.
I got it 😉
Dont want people getting flaghed
Flagged** ty for understanding and being cool about it.
Yeah makes sense. I know I’m good but for reasons I can’t say. But that can’t change any moment.
Can****
But yeah guys, medicine is not black or white is the worst part of teaching it. Those who do, bless their hearts, know the difficulty of the politics at stake. The moment you receive training, you fall under an entirely different set of rules sadly. What was once an innocent and genuinely helpful attempt, is now a crime because you received “training”. While this may discourage some, I still 100 percent recommend with all my heart say to get the real training.
Yeah that legal part bruh. No.
