2020-05-01 15:04:34 UTC

Ahaeglock tho

2020-05-01 15:04:37 UTC

Why

2020-05-01 15:04:39 UTC

Just why

2020-05-01 15:05:18 UTC

I'll put anime stickers on it.

2020-05-01 15:05:37 UTC

And paint the trigger a fleshy pink

2020-05-01 15:05:51 UTC

Not really, I hate that shit.

2020-05-01 15:06:16 UTC

I hate it too but it’s the most memeable handgun ever

2020-05-01 15:06:57 UTC

Yeah, well... the only reason I would wanna do it is because I consider the glock my field gun. Something I don't mind taking outside and getting knocked around.

2020-05-01 15:07:20 UTC

I love my TP9SFX, it's my baby and I save it for competition shooting. And the P320 is cool.

2020-05-01 15:07:50 UTC

But the glock... it works, I know it's tough, and I'm okay if it gets a little roughed up. It has a good track record.

2020-05-01 15:10:48 UTC

Darkstar gear

2020-05-01 15:12:43 UTC

I'll check them out

2020-05-01 15:14:02 UTC

Wait, do they only do IWBs?

2020-05-01 15:18:56 UTC

There's no reason to have owb unless it's required for your job

2020-05-01 15:20:03 UTC

Yeah, I'm talking for field use as in... I'm gonna be armed-armed. I already have a EDC

2020-05-01 15:20:27 UTC

Ahh okay. Really safariland seems to be everyone's go to for duty holsters

2020-05-01 15:20:51 UTC

I'd probably suggest als with a hood

2020-05-01 15:21:10 UTC

Yeah, I've noticed. Though I'm looking at We The People Holsters right now... it's definitely cheaper. And more open, I personally hate multiple-level retention holsters.

2020-05-01 15:22:18 UTC

Gucci glocks are stupid as fuck. But I love em.

2020-05-01 15:22:43 UTC

Agreed American. Why spend all that money on a mediocre pistol to make it good. When you can just get a good pistol. Hahaha

2020-05-01 15:22:55 UTC

But I'd be lying if I said I don't think they look and feel good.

2020-05-01 15:24:23 UTC

I have a couple “Gucci” guns. I find them Absurd, but will always have em 😂

2020-05-01 15:25:09 UTC

I have to talk myself out of buying a yeet cannon every time I see one. Like. I want it as a novelty. 😂❤️

2020-05-01 15:26:33 UTC

Hahaha, I get it. Same reason I'd get a 1911, I'd never actually use one. But it'd be a fun showpiece

2020-05-01 15:27:27 UTC

Poor quality kydex, bad retention, weak hardware, and no customer support

2020-05-01 15:27:57 UTC

Also lol is that internet explorer?

2020-05-01 15:31:59 UTC

I want a Gucci Scar and it hurts my heart that they’re so fucking expensive

2020-05-01 15:32:57 UTC

This is why retention is important. Are you going to be doing backflips? No, probably not. You may be running, jumping, crawling, sliding, or doing any number of activities that could cause a pistol to fall out though. With the ALS, the pistol is held into place until you grab it, and your thumb naturally hits the release lever. It's like what serpa wanted to be if it was actually good.

2020-05-01 15:34:14 UTC

Honestly non-retention holster are dumb as fuck imo

2020-05-01 15:35:46 UTC

I mean I could MAYBE see them in competition shooting if like draw speed is THAT important but still, it’s unnecessary

2020-05-01 15:35:50 UTC

But I don’t shoot much so

2020-05-01 15:35:53 UTC

What do I know

2020-05-01 15:37:43 UTC

Typically for concealed carry or some completions you want a level one retention holster. Open carry you want level 3.

2020-05-01 15:37:58 UTC

I genuinely don’t even know the difference

2020-05-01 15:38:52 UTC

1 is friction, 2 is manual operated, 3 is both combined, and apparently there's 4 but idk what it is other than it's not recommended for civilian use

2020-05-01 15:39:51 UTC

Not recommended? That’s weird

2020-05-01 15:40:12 UTC

Manual I guess would be like a finger trigger yeah?

2020-05-01 15:40:27 UTC

Oh like the button on the thumb
