The point of a second server would be to keep the core Intel population connected, and ensure some institutional memory.
As stated. I can advise on cyber/electronic warfare matters since that’s my area of employment
Also allow for flexible on-demand channel creation
We could make a custom role for the intel community and their own channel, to utilize some of the people already here.
Be a good start.
The page would remain for disseminating and general discussion for the rest of the community
Also let’s not forget the need to train members in local collection and reporting ISO national missions.
The former can be this channel. Until we have enough to slip into a separate server, we can discuss structure/organization on an Intel role channel.
Creating anything resembling a boojie Intel community ain't an overnight task.
Actual operations and Intel product may be a few weeks down the line
We need to be sustainable before we're actionable
Agreed
Just planting the seed and seeing if anyone else wants to join us in this endeavor
PMs are always welcome too
Trial channel <#706237510786744332> and role <@&706238245238997072> created. Only users with the <@&706238245238997072> or <@&704442383554838632> role will be able to read or send messages.
Role requesting/requirements?
It's still in the works, suggestions are welcomed here. I'll be back in a half hour or so.
Sounds good
Prospective Spooks may be vetted. No doxxing or raids will be tolerated. Requirements are a willingness to help gather intelligence and freedom from personal biases or affiliations that would cause you to be untrustworthy within this community.
Will be requesting to allow the PR team an insight into intel
I’d be willing to be part of that team.
Tread carefully as an information collecting group a lot of eyes will be on y'all
@Catman roger that
Here is a good starting point. If you look at the website and think that's too much reading then good luck. https://ssd.eff.org/
The EFF is a credible source
Don’t do it here.
Set up a separate area.
And keep it on the down low.
There are already servers in which you may find useful to collect data from. I will PM you it if you want @Copbot1001.
PMs always open
@here I think a good idea that this channel could do is have a weekly "brief" where we hop in a voice chat and review notable events from the past week and also field some questions and incorporate some training? Thoughts?
do we have accurate counts of the number of police stations, thier location and time to drive to any point?
On what scale? Local, state, regional, national?
And are you interested in driving distance/time or response time to a location?
@Copbot1001 I agree
Doesn't have to be anything in depth, it's a good way to get to know each other and catch up on current events and what we know
ok i feel like that would probably be done best at a state level as a personal project
