Eggs fuel me up til about 2pm

730 to 2pm

Throw an avacado and some walnuts

Thats a staple in my diet

I usually do 2 meals a day

I buy chicken alot and lean beef cuts, which are quite cheap from locally farmed sources

Kale is expensive usually

Summer time though all the greens be cheap

Load up

make good burg

organic is a waste of cash

unless you live where there are farms

tomatoes here are the worst

giant, flavorless pink tomatoes

the organic ones are $5 pound

Aren't there farms around you

corn and wheat

which are all govt subsidized

and soy

don't forget soy

and as I detailed out, there are practical considerations that makes that type of food inferior

I don't even know what sorghum is but is it subsidized?

thinking about it, I barely eat corn or wheat

I don't go out of my way to avoid them, I just don't like them or seek them out
