pxpq not to derail the convo but there is no good time to say it: I talked it over with a senior attending psychiatrist at my current location, he says 400mg seroquel is unequivocally an antipsychotic dose and in fact it's kind of a high end antipsychotic dose, he actually was the guy who did some of the initial studies to determine the effective dosage and that's what he said. He agrees with my intuition that your psychiatrist probably thinks you have schizophrenia and that's why he prescribed 400mg seroquel at bedtime
