for their mind, I just look at how quickly and effectively they solve problems (linear thinking), how proactively they acquire information (self study), and how flexible and intellectually honest their thought process is... for example, a guy who spent a long time developing some really well researched and well reasoned idea on some topic but could not handle hypotheticals of "what if the result here had been different?" then he would be suboptimal

spirit... I basically look at a person's level of inner fire, their conviction to their moral code, and whether or not that moral code is actually any good or not

what do I mean by inner fire? Well it's simple, are they passionate, energetic people or not? I pretty much measure it based on how uncomfortable they are with doing normie things like working 9-5 in an office, talking about television shows with POC coworkers, using dating apps, etc

also by how much drive they have to be creative and how good those creative drives actually are

like a guy who is a living breathing fight club protagonist and feels almost morally compelled to write symphonies that are actually ground breakingly good, he would get a perfect score here

conviction to their moral code is obvious - if you're Wild and you're a vegan, do you actually do your diet? Yarfy bitches about dalitry but eats muffins his family buys, for example. How hardcore are you about whatever your thing is?

whether or not that moral code is actually any good or not, I rate pretty much based on how much its logical conclusion looks like space nazis

if it ends up looking like racist starship troopers, then they get good marks

humorously if a person has a shit ideology but poor conviction they get poor marks in both areas despite that actually making them less harmful to the world than they otherwise could be, i.e. an antifa who is too pussy to go to rallies
