The nation should be 99.9% homogenous. Traditionalist because tradition are the pillars of the survival of civilization, they are the mark and the reason why civilizations have thrived. to erase them is to erase the nation as a whole. Individual liberties are still essential though, a healthy man should have restrictions that keep him on the right path but he shouldn't be chained (basically prohibit degenerate behaviors). But when the nation call he must answer and put aside his personal will and wishes for the betterment of all.
