Having your record expunged doesn't clear your record. It changes who can see what you've ever been charged with.

Once it's there, it's there for life.

Still won't clear it. That's what's pissing me off most about this whole thing. The system is set to fuck everyone.

In some cases you can even get the records destroyed after expungement

Nothing I can do will make this like it never happened.
