Maybe? If you are talking about the NY bill, the late term abortion only applies to medical reasons when the health and life of the mother is in danger, and in that case I believe that the life of the mother trumps the life of the unborn.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, then, nor do I see the relevance. According to statistics, about 80% of abortions are done <13 weeks of gestation, which in my opinion is a reasonable grace period
