The bowling ball has more mass which makes it fall faster, but since there is more mass it takes more force to move it. The feather has less mass meaning it falls slower, but because it has less mass there are less things to move so it moves faster. They both have something that makes them fall faster and slower, making them fall at an equal rate @Gods Scalpel
😃
that’s not how it worked
works
that’s not how it works
why not?
all objects are affected by gravity the same way
not how you said
mass doesn’t affect how fast gravity pulls it
that's what i was explaining
за
no but you said that
mass makes it fall faster
yes, gravity affects mass making it fall faster, *but* because it has more mass, it takes more force to move it therefore it equals out
but the more mass takes more force
ok sure
@Universe it exerts a larger force, not makes it fall faster
that's exactly what i was saying
in a vacuum they fall the same
i know they fall the same, i was explaining why :/
and there is no terminal falling velocity in a vacuum
ok good
i just misunderstood
sorry
it's fine
But steel is heavier than feathers
:5head:
You said you would mute me if I kept interrupting, I said sorry and apparently that’s interrupting
Cmon man
I can present an experiment other than cavendish
@Glasses there are lots aren't there, Paul Heyl gave us the most recent number
NIST uncertainty is 0.15%
I have one I guarantee flat earthers haven’t heard of
