They have 29.21% income on an average income of 100,000 with some of the worst rated public transportation, $3.6 to $3.912 per gallon of gasoline, horrible traffic control, and some of the worst roads in America

Along with it's insane high living costs, it is probably the *worst* state to live in

Most companies have to offer in excess of 20 to 35% cost of living adjustments to get people to move out there and that doesn't even cover the entire cost of adjustment

California is actively losing money in the budget too, has a large deficit and large amount of state government debt generally considered to be about 125% of its GDP which is dangerously close to debt crisis levels

Don't take one year of surplus, which on further fiscal analysis isn't even surplus, make you think that anything is getting better or is better in California

Oh and the state is losing more potential tax income than is moving there
