Brexit means fuck all cos we have no clear definition of what we want and no workable deal
@The Lemon We did but then Parliament added more asterisks than the EU Constitution
Btw, not insulting the EU Constitution
Lol
Those EU asterisks keep us away from the Euro
BURN IT IN FIRE!!!!!
But the Article 50 asterisks would make us join the Euro if Parliament had their way
@The Lemon It is very clear what we wanted.
1973 Withdrawal bill was activated.
Look that up and you will see how much of a shit show this is and how the media & government lie right to your face.
There is no problem in Ireland.
There never should have been a debate on *Deal* or *No deal*.
The EU is a salty sore loser, just like that guy you meet on CS:GO or Rainbow Six Siege.
He will, a number of times, claim you were doing something wrong or you were a shit teammate & find any number of excuses so it isn't his fault and he isn't a sore loser.
```You agree the house prices & taxes go up for coastal areas like Viimsi and Pirita and as Tallinn has became more popular, naturally the price goes up.```
All coastal usually have higher real estate price and Tallinn has always been popular as its big, has bigger paychecks and more opportunities
you might even say, they are looking to get closer to the "western dream"
but taxes wont go up.
Estonia has a 20% corporate flat tax.
And it only taxes profit that is taken out of the company. If you invest that profit into the company, then you wont pay taxes on them.
And there are no economically special districts. Taxes are the same all out the country.
```Estonia is a good digital venue but not for large businesses, if you are local and have been grounded there for a while sure you're set but a newcomer or start-up business will not find it financially appealing. Shit load more money to pour into a bigger business versus just making lots of smaller ones and have the parenting company/franchise HQ located in another country.```
The no.1 reason why its not the most appealing for companies wanting to have tech cities like Google or Apple has is Manpower.
We have a big shortage of people in IT sector and the problem is worldwide. Current estimates are that we currently lack 4-5K people in IT sector.
But many international companies have franchises in here and its actually better to run an IT company in here rather than west-EU or Scandinavia.
Taxes are low (both corporate and per person)
Skilled workforce
no bureaucrecy hassle
etc,,
@McBacoon Hmmmm I might have to move there. I'm an IT guy myself, what kind of work is it? Strictly software coding or hardware maintenance and fixing?
If its coding I can see why, that shit boring & autistic as fuck man.
