During Clinton’s tenure as a Secretary of State US initiated intervention in Lybia and Syria. Consequences are disastrous:
Lybia and Syria are completely destroyed;
Millions of people were either killed or become refugees, which caused refugee crisis in Europe;
Resulting power vacuum contributed to ISIS raise to power;
Negotiations with North Korea become darn difficult. Kim Jong Un looked what has happened to Guaddafi who gave up on nuclear weapons development program and made some conclusions.
After all of this, do you really think she was a good Secretary of State?
