I don't trust the Dems anymore

2018-12-20 21:42:08 UTC

There's a reason Ohio turned Red

2018-12-20 21:42:27 UTC

My gf lives in a city with loads of crime and drugs

2018-12-20 21:42:41 UTC

Who runs it? A Democrat Mayor because of course

2018-12-20 21:42:54 UTC

A Mayor who has done fuck all

2018-12-20 21:43:09 UTC

And that's why people are joining the Walk Away Movement

2018-12-20 21:55:34 UTC

Lol, "Ohio turned Red"

2018-12-20 21:56:03 UTC

Compared to undrr Obama

2018-12-20 21:56:15 UTC

Unless of course those 8 years meant nothing

2018-12-20 21:57:40 UTC

A lot of numbers got better under the Obama presidency. If it wasn't for the ACA I think you'd be thought of pretty well.

2018-12-20 22:04:13 UTC

@Tyberius D That's what I mean

2018-12-20 22:04:20 UTC

Under Obama it went more blue

2018-12-20 22:04:32 UTC

And then it just reversed back

2018-12-20 22:05:55 UTC

2018-12-20 22:06:14 UTC

The amount of red arrows is unbelievable

2018-12-20 22:12:29 UTC

Happens every 8 years, look at 08. Goes blue hard

2018-12-20 22:13:47 UTC

@Tyberius D It's people gstting sick of the old party

2018-12-20 22:14:01 UTC

Problem is, neither party learns

2018-12-20 22:14:20 UTC

@TheBritishGamer ❤🔑 (Meh) most intelligent thing I have seen you post

2018-12-20 22:15:21 UTC

That's the reason I want to get into politics

2018-12-20 22:15:33 UTC

To fix one party and eventually the country

2018-12-20 22:16:17 UTC

@TheBritishGamer ❤🔑 (Meh) that's not how democracy works. My article on it comes out tomorrow. Want the preview?

2018-12-20 22:16:40 UTC

Ik it's a naive thing to say

2018-12-20 22:16:46 UTC

But I might as well try

2018-12-20 22:17:04 UTC

Because what is the point of anything if we do not try all we can

2018-12-20 22:17:22 UTC

The rotation is what makes democracy good.

2018-12-20 22:18:30 UTC

But people suffer and that's the problem. I want competition between the two parties. A competition of which party can get the best policies for the people

2018-12-20 22:18:45 UTC

Problem is that neither party can be assed

2018-12-20 22:20:18 UTC

Both parties (both in the US and UK) are content with being half-assed and getting votes because lesser of two evils

2018-12-20 22:22:37 UTC

@TheBritishGamer ❤🔑 (Meh) people will always suffer, but in democracy it happens a hell of a lot less.

There is plenty of competition between the two parties, the problem is not the politicians but the public. A country doesn't operate well when you have uninformed, greedy half-wits voting in the elections.

2018-12-20 22:23:14 UTC

Of course, Democracy is the best thing we havd

2018-12-20 22:23:32 UTC

And both politicians and the public are to blame

2018-12-20 22:23:55 UTC

Politicians influence the public and the public blindly follows them

2018-12-20 22:24:36 UTC

Orwell made so many jokes about this in 1984

2018-12-20 22:24:56 UTC

A masterpiece btw (albeit despressing)

2018-12-20 22:30:48 UTC

@TheBritishGamer ❤🔑 (Meh) as much as I love to give Trump s***, I usually don't blame the politicians. It is our job as the electorate is to keep our politician's in check, we have failed to do so.

2018-12-20 22:31:26 UTC

People are easy to manipulate

2018-12-20 22:31:26 UTC

GG @TheBritishGamer ❤🔑 (Meh), you just advanced to level 9!

2018-12-20 22:31:29 UTC

They're fickle

2018-12-20 22:32:12 UTC

"The thing politicians love about people is that they do not think" - Joseph Goebbles
