And in that time we've seen privatisation of public health systems and reduction of benefits, cuts to schools and police and lower corporation tax

Maybe not solely since it's just one branch of the government, but many of the bills he's signed in have helped. Sure people can debate the long term effects, but the immediate effects have been positive for many working class.
