inflation will adjust to devalue the dollar amount of the allowance, and it is decentivizing

if youre going to budget money for a social program its better to provide goods and service

for example

maybe make a new program where everyone gets a new card, and that card gets added to it every month money that could be used for food

or one for gas

etc

or simply spend more money on education, healthcare etc

something needs to be done about the centralization of power by big tech (and more than just economically), but UBI isnt actually helpful
