And if you have nothing substantiating your investigation then the person being investigated cannot be accused of obstructing justice, even though he did indeed give all of those documents to him (this is common knowledge). You also neglect to mention how trump gave control of his companies and assets to his kids, so he himself is not really profiteering from them while in office. You still need to explain the *severity* of his breaking of protocol as well, because again it's a severity issue (none of those sabotaged the workings of the government) due to the emoluments clause being highly interpretable. What you said was very hyperbolic too, the trump administration permitted saudi arabia to let them create nukes, not give them nukes from the U.S.
