So the whistleblower went to Schiff’s team and said hey, I have a complaint under this statute

He never discussed the complaint with Schiff or his team

Or rather never discussed the content

I do know this. He admitted it was a poor choice of words on his part

He asked Schiff’s team because Schiff is the head of the intel committee

Then Schiff’s team said you need to talk to your inspector general according to the statute, so that’s what happened

It was 100% proper. But that’s not what trump attacked Schiff for
