Trump is hoping Fed will inflate and buy him time to at least win the election, we might get one rate cut, we'll see if they give us 2 before the election
Powell pushing back, surprising amount of back bone there. Trump also gets automatic F on the tariffs
Bannon was wrong there, he didn't anticipate(though it was obvious to some of us) us producers being replaced by Brazil, Russia, etc
Companies kramer talked about today in his 'the trade war didn't hurt' are big military contractors, so they are insulated
Regardless of any of that nonsense, still better than Obama
sadly, not even close
trump is to obama what clinton was to trump. bar already so low and still cant
Oh, no, @Sh0t, I agree. I am aware of the work his campaign team did for him.
My idea is that it takes a certain type of talent if you will to convey the ideas Trump has in the past.
I am far from believing that he's an absolute moron aside from memeing.
In my view, you need to have the right personality traits, the right behaviour, the right way of talking to your base, the right everything in order to get your message across.
Even his way of handling Twitter suggests that he has a very solid understanding on how to deal with the masses and the media.
Of course, his fans exaggerate that ability to ungodly levels, but yeah.
He's the right kind of guy for the job the entire GOP are aiming to do.
I don't think he's a moron at all
Yeah, definitely.
His awful decision-making is mostly based on lack of understanding and knowledge
rather than pure stupidity.
But he’s an old man- that he has a massive@l lack of understanding and knowledge is what makes him a moron
Well, depends on how you define it.
To me there's a difference between an unintelligent person and an uneducated person.
I am far from the idea that he's a 200-IQ genius, but he's also not stupid.
“He’s not stupid, he’s just willfully ignorant”
Just uneducated on most political topics.
That too.
Sometimes he plays dumb.
There’s no meaningful distinction when you’re talking about how that affects the actions you take
Being unable to understand something, and being ignorant of something, lead to the same conclusion and practice in the real world.
Well, if you frame it like that, sure, of course.
I also do worry about Biden's age now that we're at it.
I'm a tin foil hat wearer, so I think Trump's role was to help along America's role as 'THE Bad Guy' for the next major global confict of good versus evil
Trump will be fine but his base will not be trusted ever again, especially if they do something silly during the Senate Impeachment Trial, which seems likely
It seems as though trump has difficulty processing abstract concepts
To be fair, that's not average American's strong suite either. In that respect, he's just 'normal' for here
America is a 'sensor' country
Haha
I think he is below average in that regard
Certainly for college graduates
