@Yusa Yes. Because both Barr and the report explicitly said it did not. If you read it, it includes 10 counts of obstruction of justice, Trump firing Sessions over not altering the course of the investigation for example.

Trump fired the guy who was the most trust worthy on his main issue, immigration, by finding an excuse relating to asking Sessions to do something quasi-illegal or at least corrupt. What kind of clown world is that
