It's important to realize that, and be realistic - yes, the narrative that all German people suddenly became rabid monsters isn't right. And history is written by the victors and all that. You might, I'm a bit overweight and I don't hit the gym anymore. Though I took martial arts for ~15 years, and stopped doing computer stuff to work in construction instead, which is getting me in better shape
