If you're in an affected area you're probably going to get sick from using any sort of public transport at anytime. Even if there's no infected passengers, if one was on the bus beforehand then that person likely left viral particles on surfaces within it, and the virus can live outside the body of up to 9 days so far. It's stupidly durable.
