Under the bed sounds like a good idea
I always do these
||I shill for Walmart a lot||
comes to like 10.4 cents a bottle so it's pretty much the same cost
so I guess for you it just comes down to whichever case fits better under your bed
I do the big gallon jugs. 78c each
Pick up about 6 every week
@Reveretneon post pic?
just of one of them
or like an ad for it
||unless you just mean a regular 1 gallon jug||
Yeah 1 gallon jugs
Ah
I find individual bottles encourage me to drink it and thus rotate my supply. Also makes it easier to get smaller amounts portioned or game some for a bag if necessary, for obvious reasons
Think I might get a storage device like this
I have a water cooler I already use so it would be easy to rotate through them.
why not just filters and a boiler
I live in a city
My only hope is to out last everyone in a bug in scenario
look in pins
Just a question why do some choose to stock up on water?
to drink
Been using Berkey for years. Keep spare candles, few bottles and 10 x 15l camping water carry flat packs, plus a bottle of stuff to sterilise them first.
I get some of that
But like here in Toronto people are buying water
If the power went out water would not be an issue
Our water system is very reliable
It just seems like a waste of money imo
Yeah, we actually got the berkey for other health reasons over tap water.
@Nolsters | NM water gets to your place by pumps that are powered by electricity
This Blackout also occurred in Canada
Took out water too
I think it lasted 2 days
Oh you are in Toronto
Toronto was affected
You also live on a lake though
I have about 50 gallons at my mom’s place, about 30 and a rain catchment at my dads, and 10 at my apartment.
I live in central Arkansas though, no more than a couple miles from a variety of lakes, so more water isn’t ever difficult.
