2020-03-01 06:20:06 UTC

Meant one of these

2020-03-01 06:20:38 UTC

Depends on how much space you have

2020-03-01 06:20:59 UTC

I'm an apartmentfag so I do cases of bottled water

2020-03-01 06:21:13 UTC

cuz they're relatively compact and you can stack them on top of each other

2020-03-01 06:21:30 UTC

barrels are good if you have a big ass garage or something though

2020-03-01 06:22:31 UTC

I'm not a fan of gallon jugs personally
too fragile, awkward shape makes them hard to store

2020-03-01 06:23:19 UTC

Yeah I'm in an apartment too.

2020-03-01 06:23:31 UTC

Might just have to do bottled water

2020-03-01 06:23:49 UTC

the space under your bed is peak storage space

2020-03-01 06:24:03 UTC

I can get like 2 months' worth of water under mine

2020-03-01 06:24:58 UTC

Going to buy like 10 of these tomorrow

2020-03-01 06:25:12 UTC

Under the bed sounds like a good idea

2020-03-01 06:27:16 UTC

I always do these
||I shill for Walmart a lot||

2020-03-01 06:27:47 UTC

comes to like 10.4 cents a bottle so it's pretty much the same cost

2020-03-01 06:28:38 UTC

so I guess for you it just comes down to whichever case fits better under your bed

2020-03-01 06:33:07 UTC

I do the big gallon jugs. 78c each

2020-03-01 06:33:18 UTC

Pick up about 6 every week

2020-03-01 06:49:08 UTC

@Reveretneon post pic?

2020-03-01 06:49:15 UTC

just of one of them

2020-03-01 06:49:19 UTC

or like an ad for it

2020-03-01 06:49:43 UTC

||unless you just mean a regular 1 gallon jug||

2020-03-01 06:57:11 UTC

Yeah 1 gallon jugs

2020-03-01 06:58:01 UTC

Ah

2020-03-01 06:59:37 UTC

I find individual bottles encourage me to drink it and thus rotate my supply. Also makes it easier to get smaller amounts portioned or game some for a bag if necessary, for obvious reasons

2020-03-01 07:02:18 UTC

Think I might get a storage device like this

2020-03-01 07:02:52 UTC

I have a water cooler I already use so it would be easy to rotate through them.

2020-03-01 07:05:10 UTC

why not just filters and a boiler

2020-03-01 07:06:49 UTC

I live in a city

My only hope is to out last everyone in a bug in scenario

Anyone here have a preferred way to make hardtack?

2020-03-01 18:42:12 UTC

look in pins

2020-03-01 19:01:27 UTC

Just a question why do some choose to stock up on water?

2020-03-01 19:06:40 UTC

to drink

2020-03-01 19:12:53 UTC

Been using Berkey for years. Keep spare candles, few bottles and 10 x 15l camping water carry flat packs, plus a bottle of stuff to sterilise them first.
