the properties of God as a first cause are being contrasted with other hypothetical models. Whether it's theologically consistent isn't really relevant, it's whether the God hypothesis is the best possible explanation.
It can be from an incomprehensibly transcendent and potent triangle, to an interdimensional, timeless, self designing self powered computer. Why can they not be the cause, but only god?
