Women can join the military if they please but they're not cut-out for combat roles. 80% of the jobs in the military are warehouse and finance shit, women can do that all day if they please.

Fighting is for men though.

Depending on the qualifications if a woman qualifys I dont see why the fighting should be male restricted

It's not only about the ability to shot guns, example: soldiers must also carry around 30pounds of equipment, and on AVERAGE women are weaker than men.

As in if she is going to do equipment carrying and can carry the equipment then that renders what you said nothing I can respond to because it doesnt refute my claim

hiring because of qualifications > hiring ONLY because of diversity.

Just hire ppl of color for seasonal positions. That way you can maintain diversity whilst also having actually qualified ppl working the permanent and preferably higher paying positions, like a fair work environment.
