but i make more money then i know who did go
That you have to GO
But my profession requires a degree
they are brain washed
And there's no way you can get experience
aside from a degree
At least computer science you can start coding within your own room and say you are better than the graduates
but if you have a job already and you can move up , thats different
Ah yes this concept of moving up as well
It seems to me that socialists don't want to do it
It's like a mob mentality
they fear asking for a raise individually
so they ask for a raise collectively
i love asking for more cash
There's nothing wrong with asking for a raise individually
If you prove your worth
exactly
But since they are so afraid to ask individually
They would rather get everybody riled up
and ask for a global raise
Do I want a $1/hr raise for everybody
or do I want a $5/hr raise for myself
It's more likely they aren't worthy of a raise
So they try to mooch off the collective group's hard work to get a raise
when ever i start a job im not 100% worried about what they start me off ... cus i know how to ask for more... but people are scared of the "big guy" one of my uncles works for this one guy .. the guy has like 15 workers and the dude makes like 100k a freaking week ..has a jet and everything... my uncle has worked for him for 15 years and only has got $2 raise.... im like duuuuude.... ask for more wtf ... he said no he will give me more whenever he can -__-
he is worth more but he is terrified to ask bcus he thinks hes gonna get fired
is he old
he has a right to be terrified
Once you're past the age of 45+
People just don't want to hire you
It's ironic
Employers want the energy of a 20 year old yet the experience of a 45+ year old
yeah that is true
but good luck finding a 20 year old who wants to work
they do want to work
"their" work
@Techpriest holy hell diversity courses are compulsory in universities? No wonder you guys are so cucked
It would be fine
If it meant learning a new language
Qualifies as a diversity course
