the lawsuit is partly an attempt to recover money

likely they will settle if the lawsuit is done right

they pay out a lot of settlements in california

If what happened to you is anything like what happened to me (and sounds like it is), it's garbage

you know what interesting

is right when they created psychiatry

and mental health involuntary commitments

is when they also created the tort act which says you cant sue public entities

so they created laws to lock you up with no trial

and created laws to make it so they couldnt be held accountable for that

all this was in the 1950s

all started in california

and those places that used to perform labotomies are still in power and operating today

still drugging people against their will whose ideas fall outside of societies

But different people and ideas is governing it now compared to 50s

its scary how psychiatry is weaponized with no real basis or truth and people rights are lost because of it

for example, look at the criteria for being diagnosed with some form of schizophrenia

and you see just how easily and quickly your entire life can be stripped from you by some wackjob doctors and nurses from 3rd world countries who can barely speak english but are going to write things down that you supposedly said

and bye bye now youre just a crazy person who needs to be drugged

I dont have enough knowledge to form a decent opinion about psychiatry and nutjobs
