The thing is if you watch the video that I say you can clearly hear one of the officers saying that he wanted to shoot the guy if he woke up, making no mention of if he reaches for the gun

When adrenaline rushes no matter what training you have shit gets real real quick

When there are 6 officers there and the guy hasn't even put his hand on the gun yet and you planned previously to shoot him if he even reached for it and you're not at all in danger it's completely unjustified to shoot him 5 times
