Nobody is strawmanning anything

2020-04-27 00:16:11 UTC

Using slurs is meaningless unless the intended use of those slurs is to demean

2020-04-27 00:16:21 UTC

Intent is what matters

2020-04-27 00:16:35 UTC

If I say "fucking bitches" I don't mean female dogs in heat having sex

2020-04-27 00:16:41 UTC

What is a slur?

2020-04-27 00:17:25 UTC

Slushee Flavor

2020-04-27 00:17:40 UTC

You’re act as if there is this imaginary conflation between what calls of violence and actual violence. When they are one in the same these are mutual exclusive terms and to act different is just ignorant to any sense of the law.

2020-04-27 00:17:49 UTC

A slur is when a mommy hates a daddy very much so she sleeps with a black man to spite him

2020-04-27 00:17:56 UTC

Okay

2020-04-27 00:18:10 UTC

That is a whole lot of words to say actively nothing

2020-04-27 00:18:19 UTC

I said you conflate terms

2020-04-27 00:18:24 UTC

you say its imaginary

2020-04-27 00:18:26 UTC

then you literally

2020-04-27 00:18:30 UTC

IN THE NEXT SENTENCE

2020-04-27 00:18:33 UTC

call them one and the same

2020-04-27 00:18:39 UTC

like how am I supposed to argue with this

2020-04-27 00:18:47 UTC

you literally just say "I'm not doing this" and then immediately do it

2020-04-27 00:19:06 UTC

That's like punching somebody in the face and when they say "what the fuck bro" you say "I didn't do it"

2020-04-27 00:19:13 UTC

and then you punch them in the face again

2020-04-27 00:19:51 UTC

My point was very clear I don’t know how you ass couldn’t get it. Actual violence and calls for violence are mutually exclusive terms. And to act otherwise is dishonest and ignorant to any form of law.

2020-04-27 00:19:51 UTC

2020-04-27 00:19:58 UTC

Calls to violence are bad but they are not actual violence. The word itself cannot commit assault on you. Not sure why this is so hard to understand.

2020-04-27 00:20:14 UTC

Like I don’t understand how you can’t grasp this very simple concept

2020-04-27 00:20:49 UTC

Wait, now you're saying they *aren't* the same thing?

2020-04-27 00:21:05 UTC

Ok I'm confused as to what the fuck you're trying say, take a breath, use some actual punctuation, and speak clearly

2020-04-27 00:21:15 UTC

You just said "calls for violence and actual violence are mutually exclusive terms".

2020-04-27 00:21:39 UTC

Because so far you've acted as if I have both claimed that violence and calls to violence are the same thing, and also like I haven't and I'm really trying to parse together what exactly you're trying to communicate

2020-04-27 00:25:13 UTC

You act as if I’m pissed or something. I’ve explained myself to you countless times now. My position hasn’t changed. Calls for violence and acts of violence are the one in the same while you act as if they are mutually exclusive. When that’s simply not the case you can’t separate the actions form then intend to do that action.

2020-04-27 00:26:03 UTC

Ok ok ok

2020-04-27 00:26:12 UTC

So you think that calls to violence and violence are actively similar

2020-04-27 00:26:29 UTC

what the fuck happens if somebody says "I'm gonna fucking kill you" and then never does a single thing about it

2020-04-27 00:26:36 UTC

Nobody is acting like anybody is pissed

2020-04-27 00:26:41 UTC

Last time a checked a word itself couldn't cause physical harm but ok, lets just call them the same thing.

2020-04-27 00:26:47 UTC

The intent still hasn’t changed

2020-04-27 00:26:54 UTC

I'm acting like you can barely communicate yourself without making contradictory points

2020-04-27 00:27:13 UTC

Actually the intent could be a multitude of things

2020-04-27 00:27:20 UTC

Weather you act or not is up to you

2020-04-27 00:27:36 UTC

You know how many empty threats get thrown around

2020-04-27 00:27:38 UTC

The intent to do the action is still there

2020-04-27 00:27:51 UTC

Ok but that doesn’t mean anything

2020-04-27 00:27:51 UTC
