Most if not all of the "free" porn sites you frequent are owned by one company.

If you want competition, you'll have to subscribe to one of the competitors.

That is not to mention the people have not tried to regulate porn.

They tried passing laws to force condoms on porn stars which failed.

They tried forcing ISP to restrict bandwidth to certain sites

No bueno

In fact the porn industry is one of the last bastion of capitalism.

Where regulation exist internally.

Porn Producers being required that their actors and actresses submit to a std test every week

And there is a private blacklist where you refuse to do these tests for your cast

So people will less likely work with you

The only real regulation outside of the porn industry

Is your camera guy requiring a filming license(which is just a tax)

And paying your taxes

Otherwise you are protected under the 1st Amendment of Free Expression.
