Sure, you could add some more descriptors to narrow down the differences

But in a broad sense they are

Social Democracy-> Democracy with social-welfare at priority(Humanism;Well-fare state)
Democratic Socialism-> Socialism with democratic influeces(Many say impossible)

So SocDem is still Capitalism, just in a restrictive form. And DemSoc is Socialism->social ownership and operation of the means of production
