I got hit by a car and lost 30 pounds in a month
This diet was supposedly created by a doctor and is recommended by doctors but I think for someone with my BMR it’s too low in calories
figure out your break-even, and cut 3-500 calories a day. Do that for a month, then stop. Dont do it all the time. Lose 5 lbs a year. Healthiness is a lifelong thing, and building a good body is about gradual, persistant change.

if you are losing 3-4 just recalculate with 1k more calories a day. You ll lose 1 lbs instead of 3
if you cant stomach it, do it with caloricly dense foods like nuts or drink cream.
