you can set meat in the grill part and use the side smoker to smoke a shit ton of meat
or slap the rack in the small part and smoke in it
Ah ok, a standard offset smoker. I used one of those for a bit
My first one was a Barrell smoker but was a pita to keep regulated. Then I used an offset for a bit. Had one of the gas/charcoal combos with smoker box attached.
Added a propane burner in the sidebox and alleviated ton of headaches keeping it at temp.
Fucking magic.
