I got a good sized backpack now I can put a few mags in there but they wont be easily accessed

When I had my JPC I would run 3 in the front in the kangaroo pouches with a blue force gear ten speed triple m4 pouches in front of that

So you have the capability to carry 6, but normally carry 3 and maintain good mobility

I like that setup. 6 upfront, one on my belt, and maybe 2 on my side, maybe some on my pack, and one in the gun

as long as you have the capability to resupply you don't need a bazillion mags on your person

7+1 is what most high speed people suggest for mags. But depending on mission requirements that changes. Besides, no real such thing as too much ammo
