Or quarantine even a fraction of the number they have on quarantine? And so forth and so on. If their reaction is telling us anything, it's telling us that this is much more serious than they are initially letting on

An interesting trend to watch is the daily deaths versus daily recoveries- this represents the ratio on "concluded cases". The numbers have been keeping a pretty steady ratio of 18-20%

That would mean the mortality rate on concluded cases is huge. With an R0 that is possibly 4-5x of the flu?
