this reminds me of Russian tactics, they send tanks in to your country, you ask them what is up with these tanks you sent here, they reply what tanks? those tanks are painted in none Russian colors, the soldiers driving are clothed in civilian clothes, not ours... cause if it aint official it aint real

Considering EWC violates International Law, and will get us kicked from AGOA, the Constitutional Review will find this unattainable. The process will drag till right after elections and then conclude EWC unconstitutional.
