Well that's the thing, without a law, it would end up being vastly different communities leading to tribal warfare, i think it's best to avoid that with a rule of law, so that everyone at least progresses in the same direction that we all agree is good and right.

Capitalism is still the best sytem compared to the alternatives and until they come up with something better..
