Honestly I should do that

i can usually do it in about 36-37 minutes without kit, but i'm still not breaking 40 minutes every time in full kit

i live in the suburbs. if i ran around in full kit, people would probably be like "wtf"

but... i've got a vest built for lead bricks, and i've got several lead bricks

What I did was run in kit but in plane no mags or pouches

I say run in plane kit it's not illegal to do so but I'd take all pouches off in time they'll get use to it

i'm not really worried about it. but i've got a vest purpose-built for exercise and extra weight

i haven't used it b/c i'm not good at running... i should run a mile in it anyway
